  • No, I do not accept insurance, I am considered an out of network provider. I can, however, provide clients with a Superbill that they can submit to their insurance for reimbursement. It is not guaranteed if or how much an insurance company will reimburse; I always encourage potential clients to contact their insurance company before starting therapy with an out of network provider so they have a clear expectation around the financial requirement.

  • Yes! I am licensed to work with all clients that are residents of California. Therefore, I have found it beneficial to offer virtual sessions for clients as it makes therapy more accessible.

  • Yes! Virtual therapy is not only more accessible, it allows clients to have therapy in a space they may find comforting as well.

  • Yes! I have found that it is helpful for clients to have the option to meet virtually and/or in person as many work schedules are in flux.

  • I require all new clients to work on a weekly basis for 8-12 sessions. This is in order for us to build rapport; rapport is a crucial part of the therapeutic process. After the 8 weeks, we discuss what is best for you moving forward.

  • All sessions are 50 minutes, unless determined otherwise during the initial appointment.
